Before you start dancing, make sure that you have warmed your body up. This is indeed the most important part of the dancing for all types of dancers. Most of the dance classes usually do start with warm-ups. However, if they do not, make sure you take the time out and warm up. If you do not do that, you run the risk of conceding some serious injuries. In fact, if you have missed warm up, a good dance instructor will not even allow you to dance.
Remember to drink lots of water not only around the dance time but throughout the day. Water keeps your body dehydrated and you feel more energetic and lively.
