How to remain fit in your busy schedule

After getting married or after joining your job, most of the lady have a problem that they are not able to stay fit due to their excessive busy schedule. Today we will give you some tips to stay fit even in your super busy schedule.

1.    Workout while travelling short distances
Yes, I am right. While travelling short distances prefer walking instead of preferring any vehicle, as we know it very well that walking is a good exercise and you can do it while covering short distances.

2.    Get up 15 to 20 minutes early
Set your alarm for 5:30 instead of 6:00. You can use this half an hour for doing exercise. This half an hour will not affect your sleep much but will surely help in staying fit. 

3.    Always remember, something is better than nothing. 
Whenever you are free use it for doing exercise. Take out sometime from your busy schedule, it can be more or less, but make it a habit of taking out some time of your schedule.

4.    Use your weekends
You are free every weekend so you spend it by sleeping or visiting some of your relatives. Make a habit of doing exercise during the weekends and utilize your weekend by doing workout to stay fit.

You can also take help from your friends, make a group and plan to visit any gym regularly as a group. If you will plan to go to gym as a group in that case everyone will push each other for the exercise and soon it will become your habit.
