Swimming is one of the best exercises which is practised worldwide from years and years, because it greatly helps in rejuvenating mind and body levels. Earlier swimming was a rare sport undertaken by few but now its gaining popularity with its high-rise advantages one’s body is exposed to.  Person of any age and sex can learn swimming and enjoy its endless benefits, which does not require big amount to be spent for.

It helps in burning lots of calories which reduces weight of the person and keeps him healthy, also it helps in stretching and lengthening body, builds up muscular strengths, refreshes body especially in summers, and improves cardiovascular fitness. It serves a great medicine for supporting various health and mind disabilities to good extent; it helps in curing deadly diseases like asthma, heart strokes, muscles dislocation, blood and sugar control, arthritis, back pains, above all strengthens bones and makes person strong.  It does not requires hours of work out on ground or machine, but few minutes of swim can help you grow with a good body. It is a best and the activity which helps in reducing your fears and makes you more confident and independent.

But apart from above mentioned benefits there are few limitations in swimming which should be avoided, firstly it should be done under proper training and by following the guidelines, secondly swimming just tones your body or muscles but does not build up heavily, it is light exercise activity as compared to other exercise taken up in health clubs.
